Cloud Billing Management and Usage Monitoring – Cloud Collect REV – An invaluable aspect of our offering is our backend usage monitoring, billing, and management platform. In the case of the Cloud Storage, it is sold on a per TB or lesser amount and as such there must be a mechanism to monitor the usage by account to ensure more data is not being stored than is being purchased. In addition, many competitors charge ingest (upload) and egress (download) fees associated with the cost of storage making it difficult to predict your total monthly costs. This is a very cost prohibitive model for Video Surveillance as content is constantly being uploaded and downloaded which with those platforms makes it almost impossible to quote a cost to an end-user on a monthly basis. Our pricing model for Cloud Collect Bridge is based on a fixed monthly price per TB of Storage without any ingest or egress fees which greatly simplifies the Integrators ability to quote and sell Cloud Storage and the End-Users ability to budget for Cloud Storage. Our pricing model for Cloud Collect Edge is based on a fixed per Camera per month which once again greatly simplifies the process and ability for an Integrator to sell and quote Cloud Storage.
